Solar Installation Information and Photos

The system has 18 Sharp ND-216U1F 190 watt panels divided into two groups. The first group has 13 panels connected to a 2500 watt power inverter and the other has 5 panels connected to a 2000 watt inverter. The power inverters are manufactured by PV Powered, model numbers PV2500 and PV2000, both have the PVM1010 Datalogger module option. The 13 panels are oriented south-east and the other 5 panels are oriented south-west. See Google image below.

The system was installed by Renewable Power Solutions Inc. located in San Jose California.  Installation went smoothly and competed approximately 3 months after signing the contract. The system went online August 4, 2009. The CEC-AC System rating is 3.218 kW with an estimated annual energy production of 4,912 kWh/year.
